ANODIZING
Anodizing is an electrolytic oxidation process for aluminum, which produces a hard, smooth surface with high resistance to mechanical action, weathering, and corrosion. ByrTech has the capability to anodize parts up to 12 feet in length by 38 inches in width and 40 inches in height.
We are well known for our high quality, fast turnaround service at competitive prices. Most orders are completed within 24 hours. In emergency situations, same day service may be available.
Our tanks are regulated and monitored constantly to provide the highest quality possible. We also have the latest testing equipment which ensures consistent thickness and complete sealing of anodized parts.
Standard anodizing colors are black, blue, gold, red and clear, however, we have the capacity to add any color should it become necessary.
We welcome all inquiries from one part to thousands. We are fully capable of decorative anodizing on motorcycle, bicycle, automobile, paintball gun parts and accessories or anything that is of suitable aluminum alloy.
